We are a platform, not a seller
VendoAU is an online classifieds platform that connects independent buyers and sellers across Australia. We do not manufacture, own, sell or distribute any of the products or services listed.
We do not inspect or verify items
Listings are created by users and businesses. VendoAU does not inspect, test, appraise or guarantee the accuracy, legality, quality or safety of any item or service listed.
You transact at your own risk
Any transaction is solely between the buyer and the seller. VendoAU is not a party to it and accepts no liability for any loss, damage or dispute arising from a deal made through the platform.
Australian Consumer Law still applies
Sellers — especially businesses and traders — remain bound by the Australian Consumer Law and all other applicable laws. Your statutory rights are not affected by this disclaimer.
Report suspicious listings
If a listing looks fraudulent, unsafe or against our rules, please report it. Our Trust & Safety team reviews reports and removes content that breaches our Terms or Australian law.
VendoAU operates in compliance with the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) spam framework and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Governing law is the Commonwealth of Australia; the platform is operated from Australia. Each user's rights are also subject to the consumer protection laws of their own state or territory.
